This website is one of several gateways to a far larger story about Industry Wide Fraud in the Home Inspection Industries, the Real Estate Brokerage Industry, the Legal Industry as well as Professional Oversight Failings related to all of those. 

All of that can be seen in motion with relative ease from this single transaction.  The current commercial players involved in all of these industries have fully lost the plot. 

As someone who enjoys writing, I take no pleasure in writing any of this.  

I would much prefer to create useful Software, write Educational Material and Create Technical Documentation in a way that is fun and entertaining.

I would prefer spending my time futzing around with my hands. Making things that are fun, useful, entertaining, or thoughtful. 

I make this type of writing "catchy" or "cheeky" to keep it engaging long enough to convey stories about darker actors that have gone too far. The written creativity is for those who might look away too early, in an attempt to avoid seeing that which damages the integrity of their sweeter dreams. 

In order for my dream to be sweeter, others must see more of the sour that is all around us.  Make our shared experiences better, and I'll have no need to point out the bitters that always surround better clouds for obvious reasons.  A Sweetness they love, but have yet to posses for themselves.

They have flow charts and details that make it easy for the masses, who do not like to read as much,  gain insight quickly.  If you want to dig, you can find those links.  Much of it is not pretty.  Some is funny just to make it bearable. None of it is fabricated. It all exists. Every last conspiratorial drop. Unfortunately.  I'm not for a Perfect World in an imaginary kind of way.  A lot more balance on a far more centered fulcrum will suffice nicely.
