Alex Carriaga created a "non-bonafide" pre-sale termite inspection report as part of a scheme to sell a home for more than it was worth. His report contained as many as 10 violations of the Structural Pest Control Act. His report contained 3 material omissions valued at $22,500. Two of those omissions aligned identically with omissions on a Home Inspector's Report a week prior that indicates organization to omit defects.

Alex has been doing inspections physically unsupervised since 2008.
